1Digital Minecraft items only
All products on this store are digital, virtual items for Minecraft / StashLoot
(ranks, keys, crates, StashLoot money, bases, bundles, etc.). They:
- Exist only in-game on our servers.
- Have no real-world monetary value.
- Cannot be exchanged back for cash, crypto or other currencies.
2General rule – all sales are final
Because items are delivered digitally and can be used immediately in-game,
all sales are considered final once a transaction has been processed.
This means we normally do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Buying the wrong package, rank or product.
- No longer wanting to play on the server.
- Being banned, muted or punished for breaking server rules.
Buying something from this store does not give you immunity to server rules.
Punishments do not qualify for refunds.
3Exceptions – when we may help
In some rare cases, our team may review and possibly adjust a purchase. This is handled
manually and is not guaranteed. Examples include:
- Clear duplicate purchases of the exact same package within a short period of time.
- Items not delivered at all due to a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to deliver them after support.
- Obvious technical errors (for example, you were charged but the transaction failed on our system).
In most of these cases, our first option will be to deliver or fix the items in-game,
not to refund the payment.
4Chargebacks & payment disputes
Opening a chargeback, dispute or unauthorized refund request with your bank or payment
provider without contacting us first is treated very seriously.
- It may result in a permanent ban from StashLoot and from this store.
- We will provide proof of delivery and logs to the payment provider when necessary.
- If you believe there was fraud or a billing mistake, please open a support ticket first – we want to help.
5If you did not receive your items
If your purchase did not arrive in-game after 30–60 minutes, please:
- Check that you are logging into the correct Minecraft account / IGN.
- Confirm the server is online and not under maintenance.
- Open a support ticket in our Discord with:
- Your Minecraft username and Discord tag.
- The package you bought.
- Transaction ID or payment receipt / screenshot.
In most cases, our staff can manually verify and add the missing items to your account.
6Currency, taxes & fees
Prices on this store are shown in the currency provided at checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may:
- Convert your payment to another currency.
- Charge additional fees, taxes or conversion costs.
These extra costs are outside of our control and are not refundable by the server store.
7Server changes & resets
StashLoot may run map resets, new seasons, gameplay changes or server closures.
This is standard for Minecraft servers.
- We may adjust, move or remove in-game perks during major updates or resets.
- Purchases made before a reset are not automatically refunded.
We always try to keep the server fun, balanced and fair – not pay-to-win.
8How to contact support
If you believe there is an issue with your payment or items, please contact us:
- Join our Discord and open a ticket in the correct support channel.
- Include your Minecraft IGN, Discord tag, what you purchased and any receipts / screenshots.
Our team will review your case and respond as soon as possible. Being respectful and honest always helps us
resolve issues faster.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect new payment methods, laws, or changes to the server.
The version published on this page is the one that applies to your purchase.
By completing a purchase on this store, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund Policy
and understand that digital items are normally non-refundable.
This Refund Policy is specific to this Minecraft server store and is separate from any refund rights
you may have with your bank, card provider or local law.
