Server Store Terms

1Not an official Minecraft / Mojang service

This store is not affiliated with, supported by or approved by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or Minecraft in any way. “Minecraft” and all related assets are trademarks of Mojang Studios.

Purchases made here are payments to support the StashLoot network and unlock in-game perks on our servers only.

2Eligibility & account ownership

To purchase from this store, you must:

• Have permission from the account owner and payment method owner (for example, a parent or guardian).
• Enter the correct Minecraft username and/or Discord account so we can deliver your items.
• Follow all server rules while using any ranks, kits, money or items you buy.

3Digital items & delivery

All products on this store are digital, virtual items (ranks, keys, crates, kits, StashLoot money, bundles, bases, etc.). They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged back for real money.

• Most purchases are delivered automatically in-game, usually within a few minutes.
• If the server is under maintenance or offline, delivery may be delayed until the server is back.
• If you do not receive your items after 30–60 minutes, open a support ticket in our Discord with proof of payment.

4Prices, currencies & changes

All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees, taxes or additional charges – these are outside of our control.

We may change prices, bundles, items, kits, abilities or perks at any time to keep the server balanced, fix exploits, or adapt to new Minecraft / StashLoot updates. We try to keep items fair and fun, not pay-to-win.

5No guaranteed lifetime & server changes

By purchasing, you understand that StashLoot may update, reset, change or close specific servers or game modes in the future. This is normal for Minecraft networks (map resets, new seasons, etc.).

• We cannot promise a “lifetime” duration for any rank, perk or item.
• On major resets, we may move, adjust or remove certain items or balances for gameplay reasons.
• These changes do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

6Refunds, chargebacks & disputes

Because all products are digital items delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds except where required by applicable law.

• Opening a chargeback, payment dispute or unauthorized refund may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.
• If there is an issue with your purchase, contact us through Discord tickets first – we will do our best to help.

7Bans, mutes & rule enforcement

Buying something from the store does not exempt you from the server rules. You can still be muted, warned, kicked or banned for breaking them.

• If you are banned or punished, you are not entitled to a refund for past purchases.
• Punishments are decided by the staff team based on the rules, evidence and server safety.

8Gifts, reselling & trading

You may buy items for yourself or as a gift for another player, as long as you have permission for the payment method and the receiving account.

• Do not resell ranks, items, bases or balances for real money outside of this store.
• Any real-money trading (“RMT”) made outside of our official store / methods may result in a ban.

9Data, security & privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your payment and deliver your in-game items (for example: Minecraft username, Discord ID, email, transaction ID).

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (such as Stripe, Tebex or others), who handle your card or payment data securely.
• We do not see or store your full card details.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time, for example when we add new game modes, payment methods or features. The version on this page is the one that applies.

By continuing to use the store or server after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
